Business Philosophy...
When I decided to become a full time Real Estate Professional in 1987, I had a basic business philosophy. This philosophy was and still is, to offer superior service on an individual basis in order to develop a loyal customer base. These customers would not only consider me their personal real estate agent, but would also have the confidence to refer me to their friends, relatives, neighbors, and business associates.
Nineteen years later, with approximately 85 Million Dollars in home sales and
numerous achievement awards behind me, I still subscribe to the same original philosophy. As a result, year after year over 60% of my total business comes from either repeat clients or past client referrals.
Professional Background...
Before starting my career in Real Estate, I spent 15 years in the advertising and marketing business. This prior career experience included retail advertising sales, the development of direct response marketing programs and marketing director for a franchise sales organization. This wealth of experience and knowledge combined with the most recent computer and Internet based technology has enabled me to develop, implement, and provide my real estate clients with many unique and innovative services.
Real Estate Related Education...
In Michigan, all that is required to obtain a real estate license is to take a forty-hour class that prepares you to pass a fairly simple multiple choice test. After my first couple of years in the real estate business, I realized that this original forty-hour class wasn't going to be enough training to provide the kind of service my clients deserved. Over the years I have taken it upon myself to attend dozens of training seminars and have also completed a number of advanced real estate courses. Because of the ever-changing nature of the real estate industry I feel that as a professional Realtor® it is important to stay current on the latest industry trends, legal issues and advances in technology.

In today's fast paced world, it seems that receiving "good old fashioned quality service" is becoming a thing of the past. However, I believe that my clients deserve the best service that I can possibly provide.
To ensure that all of my clients and customers continue to receive the absolute best service possible, I joined forces with another fully licensed Realtor® in 1994. Vicki, herself a successful Realtor with 18 years experience in the real estate business, has always had the same attitude toward quality service as I. Vicki now coordinates and manages all of the many behind-the-scene details that help attain the goal of a smooth and pleasant real estate transaction for all of our clients.
Computers and Technology...
Since discovering the power of PC technology, the Internet and eMail in the mid 90's, I have been able to
elevate my business to a new level of professionalism. I have made a substantial commitment in time and
dollars to computer based technology. To date, I have invested in three PC's, a laptop computer, a
Palm PDA, 5 printers, 2 digital cameras, several real estate specific software programs, numerous

this investment in technology has given me a substantial competitive edge in my profession and has
become an integral part of my business.
Amazingly enough, many real estate professionals are not embracing the
power of the Internet and technology in general. I, on the other hand, have found
that today's technology allows me to provide my clients with a much greater range and
quality of services than ever before. As a result, my clients greatly benefit from

goals in ways that were never possible before.
