One thing to look for is an agent that is an ABR...it stands for "Accredited Buyer Representative." Agents who have
taken the additional training to become an ABR are more likely to be in tune with how to effectively represent your interests. In addition,
the ABR certification shows that they are serious about their profession because it does take quite a bit of training to
obtain an ABR certification.
