I have been providing real estate assistance to home buyers since 1987. The one thing that I have learned is that my
job (when working with you as a home buyer) is not to sell you a house. My job is to assist you in
finding the right home - a home that meets your current needs at a price that you can afford to pay.
I will not, under any circumstances, try to sell you a house.

Home and real estate prices are super low due to a sudden flood of foreclosed homes and condominiums on the market.
However, the over supply of the foreclosed homes and condos has and will continue to shrink in the not
too distant future due to all the steps being taken by the government and lenders to help people from losing their homes to foreclosure.
And just like
everything else, interest rates will most likely rise sharply, unexpectedly and overnight so waiting to buy a home, condo or any real estate could literally cost you thousands of
dollars more in interest over the long haul. (1% increase in interest rates will cost you $65 extra a month = $7,800 over a 10 yr period)
The bottom line is that this combination of low mortgage interest rates and super low home prices will NOT last forever.
Don't let this once in a lifetime opportunity pass you by. The upcoming several months may just may be the last time we will EVER have this combination of low interest rates and low home prices!
